Growing up and going to school is rough for Class 7 espers Kaoru, Shiho, and Aoi, who also protect the world as members of B.A.B.E.L. As most of the population unjustly fears them, they have to act as police against unruly older and more experienced espers. Even worse, a mysterious new organization called P.A.N.D.R.A. is on the rise. All this makes the job harder for Minamoto, as the girls' supervisor and guardian.
