One of comics' greatest traditions, self-publishing, is making a comeback thanks to the proliferation of digital comics and a network of indie-friendly comic shops coast to coast. But launching your own series successfully isn't a task for the weak of heart. Indie comics icons Sam Humphries (Sacrifice, Uncanny X-Force) and Ian Brill (Dracula World Order, Darkwing Duck) are joined by new faces such as Joshua Henaman (Bigfoot: Sword of the Earthman) for a frank discussion on making your comic stand out, networking with retailers and fans, and keeping the spirit of self-publishing alive.
