The students at Fumizuki Academy utilize its technology to summon Avatars, pint-size stand-ins with battle powers based on academic ability to fight and settle disputes. Lowly Class F tries to improve their status by challenging higher-class ranks, hoping to beat them. Class F student Akihisa Yoshi is initially unaware that his best female friend and classmate Mizuki Himeji likes him very much and that his other female friend and classmate Minami Shimada also likes him. He tries to deal with his feelings and the relationships he has with both of them.
